救救我!关于05年GMAT考试报名退款

由于想赶老版gmat考试，最后觉得没复习好，所以申请退还报名费。为了方便起见，我写信询问是否可将款退至朋友美国的帐户中，得到了肯定答复，并按他们的要求把新的信息发了过去，他们说可以寄支票到新的美国地址.  但眨眼间3个月过去，至今也没收到他们的退款。我写了好几封EMAIL并请示阅读回执都是石沉大海，打他们的电话，好象也成了空号。不知有没有人和我同样的遭遇？我该怎么办？
