169. telecom charges $0.02 (may not be this value) for each minute of phone call made for the first 300 minutes, and $0.05 for each minute of phone calls exceeding the first 300 minutes.  How many minutes of phone call is Henry (just a name) charged for his last month phone bill?

a) last month, henry is charged 300 minutes (or $6, can't remember if it is the minutes that is given or the dollars ) for the rate of $0.02 per minute.

b) last month, henry is charged 100 minutes (or $5) for the rate of $0.05 per minute.
