P&G or master?

background:  Top 10 University,  大三，international business major,  &G internship

objective: luxury brands, eg LV, Gucci, Prada or Hugo..

problem: P&G 3 years + USA MBA    or     master in management in Europe or UK right after my bachelor

any suggestion? 另外，如果是MBA，可以申請到什麽層次的MBA呢？謝謝！

If you get into P&G (as I did), your resume should be more attractive to admission officers ;-)

Don't hesitate if you have chance to get in. Invest more time to gain more relevant experience before applying for major B-schools.

Last week Professor Henry Mintzberg paid a visit to our University and also dilivered a lecture on Business Education. He holds the idea that management is a practice other than a science nor a profession and hence experience plays a more important role in MBA education. If i were u, i would choose P&G first.By the way, i`am majored in International Business too.

那就看楼主要不要这个master，上了master并不代表就不能P&G+MBA了。

I will definitely vote for the former. I don't think management is something that can be taught in classroom. Although master in management program in UK is mainly designed for students without working experience I highly doubt its effect and practicability.

有的人申请上master是为了以后申请有更好的竞争力，如找工作可以比本科找得更好，尤其一些金融专业的，或者提前知道一些海外生活，但这个优势是不是明显因人而异，本科生的优势在于活力和年轻。

工作经验和学历同样重要，如果你能够好的工作机会，建议先工作几年再来读MBA会比较好。

很多人申請上 master為的漂白自己原本不夠好的學歷借新的學歷以掙到P&G這種公司的offer

你都已經有了這樣的offer　當然是去公司好好做個三四年

然後你只要有個AT 700+　就好好的申請Top15幫自己加值一番吧

ps　我個人評估Gmat兩年內會有大幅改動　　太多人輕易上700+了　越來越多　肯定會改　不然光中國這地方一年可能會隨便就破千個700+
