請問一下~~~這一題  為什麼答案是C呢?! 最后一句说预防typhoid的hygiene(=sanitation) 间接的滋长了paralytic polio，你说没有hygiene会得什么呢？当然是typhiod啊

上面這段話大概的意思~~~这段就在举例，说现代卫生医疗可以将polio的发病推迟到青少年或成年，而这时候得polio就会残疾，但是以前在婴儿期得polio 就不会残疾，从而说明现代医疗会间接引起另一些epidemic。下面就又举例说明这个观点。

说hygiene  prevent 拉typhoid epidemics , 题目问的是"a lack of modern sanitationwould ", 所以就是能使

typhoid epidemics 流行.

請問一下~~~這一題  為什麼答案是C呢?!
