如何和考试中心联系？

我原来和GMAT@ets.org联系的，还有未解决的rescore的事就是rescore的信1个多月了还没收到，最后一封信是去年12月29号收到的，现再发信就自动转到gmat@gmac.com, 但屡发屡退回来说没有这个邮箱，我在www.mba.com上看到customer service有好几个联系方式，不知这种遗留问题该问谁，有大牛指教一下吗？
