有一两点关于NYU的问题

都说NYU只考虑12月1号第一轮的申请者，可我还是准备投第二轮（1月15号），原因如下：

1。我有美国的签证，如果给我面试机会我可以飞过去

2。奖学金不强求

不知道大家觉得我的想法可以吗？是不是最好先跟Adcom打声招呼呢？还是说他们绝对不考虑第二轮申请的国际学生？

Is there such intention for the first round application? Is that true? Well in my viewpoints, NYU stresses on the 1st round only because the applyers in the 1st round are given priority consideration of  scholarship etc.

申请第二轮完全没有问题的，学校只是建议国际学生申请第一轮，一方面优先考虑奖学金，一方面第二轮之后很难提供off-site interview，只有学生去学校做on-campus interview。这些对楼主来说都不是问题，尽管申请~~

如果人在中国申请第二轮呢？

学校的网页上说strongly encourage international applicant to apply for R1，

因为 NYU stern，admisison rolling，他们考虑所有国际学生递交的材料，只不过晚点申请对你有点不利而已。你现在申请1月15日，绝对能赶上deadline，还有充分的机会被录取。
