这个题目类似not+weaken的assumption题目。

所以对D取非，看是否能削弱结论。D说每车垃圾产生的灰不会比上年多，取非之后就是每车垃圾比去年的灰还要多，那么原文的结论自然不能成立。所以D支持了结论。
