13.  说许多大学英文文学graduate program都要求enter students have taken at least 一本莎士比亚的著作的课。However, 这些年the proportion of college undergraduate program that require students to take at least 这样的课 is declining. 所以说，这些年来the proportion of students who meet the graduate program requirement is declining.问assumption？
a) the proportion of graduate students has not increased during recent year
b) the proportion of graduate program  has not decreased during recent year
c)For colleges who still require students to take such class, 很奇怪，这道题后面的信息好象又跟那个no.无关。
d) for colleges who do not require students to take such a class, not all such students take them voluntarily (这个选项很绕。它的说法。）
e) 无关选项
这道题目我觉得最好的assumption是：学校没有require,学生就不会自愿去take.要不然就是没有这么要求地学校，学生数量增加了。所以就是C或者D.可是D却说not all such student,好象就是说还是有人会去take的。。

howardwang 的意见　就这几个选项而言，只有d好些。D取非，就是有些这样的学生自愿....

我觉得是不是选B啊， 因为对B取非的话就是the proportion of graduate program decreased， 这样的话就算学一本莎士比亚的著作的课的学生少了，比例也不一定小， 刚好和结论相反
