都不计时间了么？

偶作题的时候觉得计时间很麻烦，影响作题感觉呢。

To harlequin: 可能一开始就计时，习惯了。今天的SC没计因为上班时间做的，经常被打断，计时没有意义。接下来的第14篇阅读也没有计，因为我费了九牛二虎的力气也没看懂，题目错了一塌糊涂。嘿！

我没有明白为什么OG-RC，15篇89题选C，而不选E?

题目：

89. It can be inferred from the passage that which of the following is true of majority shareholders in a corporation?

(A)   They make the corporation's operational management decisions.

(B)   They are not allowed to own more than fifty percent of the corporation's stock.

(C)   They cannot make quick profits by selling their stock in the corporation.

(D)  They are more interested in profits than in productivity.(C)

(E)They cannot sell any of their stock in the corporation without giving the public advance notic.

OG的解释是：

Choice E is also incorrect, In lines30-33, the author proposes that shareholders of more than 20 percent of a company's stock should  be reuired to give advance public notice before a stoce sale, but the passage does not suggest that majority shareholders are currently requred to do so.

我的想法是：其实选项E也说了“不提前知会的话，是不需卖股权: without giving the public adbance notic”的啊？并没有如解释里说的“强调马上卖”啊？

哪位NN帮帮我解释啊？谢谢!

另外，我在句子结构区找到了OG，SC的讨论贴了，在哪里可以找到OG阅读理解的讨论贴呢？

没看明白GG的想法：（

不过原文作者是在提出意见should be,而事实上现在并没有要求大股东这样去做。我想OG是这个意思。
