这项禁令导致狩猎提前结束已经是几年前的事了 伊斯说好几年禁令已经形同虚设了 但是数量还没有减 削弱嘛

B翻成中文是：这个restriction导致hunting season提前结束已经好几年了。

所以如果dropping restriction的话，更多的snow goose会被捕杀，这样其实是strengthen了题目的结论。
