Hi, dear classmates, sorry for my late coming.

So far, I'm quite enjoying the courses and communication with classmates and professors. And I believe all of my talented classmates would have the same feeling with me.

Welcome to CKGSB. It's really like a big family for people who are chasing any dreams.

First, please do set up your confidence in yourself. I believe as a branch bank leader, you must have many impressive experiences. And from those experiences, you can gain a lot in team work and leadership. So you can recall your own achievements and try to demonstrate your strangth as much as possible during interview.

Wish you good luck!

wxf,顺便说一句,CKMBA2005的平均年龄是31,所以,年龄你大可不必担心。实际上我们有位同学也是银行的,是地方人行的。我觉得你很有优势的,相信你自己。

Today I got interview with CMC (Career Management Center) officers. They were very expertise in career consult and psychology analysis. They inspire me to know deeply myself. Maybe the most important thing is not what you want to get but who you are.

Thanks CKGSB for giving the opportunity of knowing myself to me.

Yeah, the consulting of CMC is very helpful. They focus on not the starting salary but the personality and career, like friends. We really appreciate the suggestions from CMC, which plays a kdy role in our job searching.

By the way, 03 and 04 alumni form a career advisor team to help you guys. You will see us in the future. And there are also mentors, who are highly experienced executives in top companies and some of whom you have met during the opening ceremony.

I agree with Kevin, and special thanks to Zhu Xin and all our alumni.

I think that one problem facing most of our classmate is how to fully understanding ourselves, which maybe a life-long task. However, it would be the first step for you in job-hunting. CMC and our dear alumni are trying to help us in this aspect. We can also see that our classmates are helping each other. But the most critical part lies in ourselves.

So, ladies and gentlemen, let's do it and we can do it

One of my majors is psychology, from which I know myself much more clearly and which plays a critical role in my decision, career and other issues. Though people often judge a business school by its salary, in fact, at the age as “old” as we are, whether you like the job and whether your characteristics are suitable to the job is more important.

When I told CMC that I contacted some head hunters, who can help us find high salary jobs, CMC told me the salary is not their first consideration. I really touched by the reply.

Purplekitty, you are right. You will learn a lot from your classmates. In each group, each of us can get feedback from other team members, from which we can know us much better and which is precious opportunities. One reason, as alumni, like to help you, is that we benefit a lot from the school, We have the responsibility to help you. We are really like a family. During the farewell party at laceName w:st="on">SunlaceName> laceType w:st="on">IslandlaceType> this New Year last weekend, many of my classmates cried. The relationship and feelings are precious. I believe that it same to you.

Though, many people said that one important reason to study MBA is network. It is not the case to some extent. A couple of weeks ago, when I met some of your classmates, I said that, not to mention the material prospect and career, you have bundles of friends like brothers and sisters is enough, even more important than network. There are many things beyond material things. It is also CMC and CK really care.

Yes, it is true that CKGSB really fosters family culture. When last week I had to go to somewhere else to settle my visa issue, I really miss our classmates and our dorm. Fortunately, when I was back, I did not miss the New Year Lunch.

Here at CKGSB, we invite professors to have dinner and play golf with us. Most of the times, they are happy to join us. In fact, Prof. L just invited us to play basketball together yesterday. Although, they may be not the best in basket ball court or golf course, when back to class, they are really professional.

It is my great honor to be a member of CKMBA05. I believe I can develop myself to be a better person with the help of my dear classmates, professors and admin staff.
