For I know not all Greyhound bus stops by Hanover for your return, in my case, I called the Local Greyhound to make sure a bus would pick me up to White River Junction, and I tranferred from there. that's some serious bus time, i took the plane to Philly instead, only 1 hour from Boston, the damage was around 150 us.
You are right...it's tolerable to me....and I found it most effective to me to go through the materials I prepared during the trip :-).....I used to take such trips from time to time to go from home to my college in China....
