I have tried GMATprep on an notebook which has a PIII433 CPU and 64M RAM. When I pressed the "Practice tests", it only said "Loading".

But after I install GP on my PC with AMD 1800+ CPU and 1G RAM, everything is ok.

So check your PC hardware and be sure that it is not too old to run GP.

The ram of your computer is not enough to run the pp3,in my opinion.
