The red place is a flaw becuase the second fact is that More Than (over) 95% people who have asthma also suffer from hay fever. So it should be Asthma & hay fever >
   95%Asthma. However, E is still the key because if  it is not the case that the E gives, the cases of Hay fever will not be much more common than those of Asthma, contradicting the Fact 1.

a) Asthma much less common than Hay fever ;

b) Fact 2: Asthma & Hay fever > 95%Asthma;

c) If not E: Asthma & Hay fever >= 95% Hay fever;

By b) and c), Hay fever is nearly as common as Astham, not as a) states.

文中说的是：“Over 95 percent of people ” 这里不应该是等号

尽管我同意这个答案 但是推理的过程要稍微做修改

这里我就站一次巨人肩膀啦：

Fact 1: Asthma <<
   hay fever =>  95%Asthma << 95%hay fever ;  －－－－－“<<" 表示远小于（"is much less common")

Fact 2:  Asthma & hay fever =
   95%Asthma;
   
=> Asthma & hay fever < 95%hay fever;

Fact 3: 远小于< 小于

Conclusion:  “95%H”远远小于“95%A”, 同时略小于”A交H“， 推出“A交H”小于“95％H"

That is the E.

大家要能这么理解：
people suffering from hay fever who also have asthma == people who have asthma also suffer from hay fever
做这题时我根本没想到这两个可以画等号。。。
