我还是没明白B到底是什么意思,逻辑关系是什么?怎么看都是支持啊!

比预定的时间关的更早,也就是捕杀的SG不到5%的时候,就不允许再版hunting了,

所以嘛,取消限令还有好处啊,可以杀更多SG啊!!!!

The argument says that as long as 5% of the geese was killed, the hunters will not be allowed to hunt anymore for the rest of the year.

However, B says that even when this restriction is on. for the last many years, the 5% killing has not been met. In other words, hunters didn't even care to hunt any more, restriction or not. So B will weaken the argument that "dropping this restriction would allow the other species to recover"

Hence, B is correct.

我觉得是B。试着理解一下：题干说解除打猎限制会增加其它种群（言外之意是人们狂打SG）

B说，每年在5%的大限来临之前人们就早早地打完了，所以解除限制没有用。（如果从另外一个角度理解就是：比如原来拼命打，也只能在狩猎季打掉3%，所以放开狩猎季的时间限制会加大对SG的打击力度，从而减轻其它种群的压力）

我对这题也是非常的不理解,为什么提前于指定日期停止狩猎就说明猎人对5%的限制不感冒?我当时的理解是,猎人在指定日期前就捕足了5%,所以停止狩猎了.打到这里...我似乎看清自己的疑问了,scheduled date是否就等于捕到5%的那天,若是的话,B就是对的.

Argument的逻辑是：Dropping this restriction ----> Allow the other species to recover.

刚刚得到了GF的启发，B应该这样理解。在第一句中讲recent sharp increase。

比如说过去每年有100只Geese，今年一下变200只了。根据禁令，杀掉5%，还有190只。所以即使我Drop this restriction, 可能会导致杀死更多的Geese，但并不一定少于每年的量100只，也就是说有可能会，有可能不会。这样就是不确定了，因此undermine the argument.

Personnally 认为这个sharp increase很重要，本题是一个percentage和total amount的迷惑题。
