以下是引用pure_big在2005-12-6 2:44:00的发言:Hi, Dear Ring: I just finished my interview this morning. However, the lady asked me several very easy questions such as why Michigan, how to deal with team conflict and what are my extracuriculum activities. She didn't even ask what I can contribute to Ross Community which was asked thousand of times for other interviewer. The interview only lasts for 30 minutes including 5 minutes of casual chatting. Is it a bad sign that Ross does not concern about me? They conduct the interview only because I paid the fee? Thank you very much for your reply. I'm now very confused. Best, Piggy
First of all, good to hear that u have finished your interview.
The purpose of interview varies from school to school, but basically it is to know you better beyond "cold" resume and other materials, and to see if you can be better involved in Ross. So, regarding your concern, the interviewer will put an ending to the interview as long as he/she gets enough info to make a judgment of you.
Personally, i don't classify the interview based on the questions and length of the interview. Neither do I think the interviewer will treat applicants unequally.
So from what u described sofar, unless u screwed it up, (which u didn't mention), your interview sounds good to me. Put your efforts on other schools, if there is any.
good luck, pure_big! |
