Ross is one of the schools with best programs in Operations. But as professional in this field, you should know the difference is actually depends on how you define Operations and SCM.  About the job placement, what I know is graduated students all got jobs.  06 students concentrating on Ops all got interns in the US.

录取决定会在最后决定日之前的3，4天内开始陆续发放。

你最好还是写信问一下adcom如何解决这个问题，我不知道emba的成绩单是否和day mba是分开处理的。

     Here I have another question:if I eventually apply to Ross this year during Round 3,however, do not get in.And I will do it again during R1 next fall.But How does Ross treat reapplicant?And what do you think it's a better strategy:apply this year or just wait till next year since I am not that confident about getting in R3?

Michigan is very nice to reapplicant.  I was a reapplicant and at least 3 other Chinese in class 06 were reapplicants.

The timing of application is really your own decision.  If you are willing to wait for another year anyway, then apply next year when you are more confident.  If you feel you are ready this year, then why not give it a try?

考虑到ross一月7号第二轮截止，以及中间圣诞节放假（虽然规定是一周，据说加上年休假），是不是必须在12.25之前寄到呢？放假期间是不是有人值班？ 比如confirm是否资料齐全之类的信息？

SkyGrit,

the application should be physically received by the admission offfice before the due date. if you use UPS or Fedex, you can send it at the beginning of January. the system works during holidays. otherwise the due date won't be what it is now.

you'll be notified for an incomplete application, which rarely happens. there's a checklist in the application to help you make sure not to miss anything.
