TWE078  Is it more important to be able to work with a group of people on a team or to work independently?

   As the saying goes that :"Two heads are better than one ", this applies as much to work as to other aspects in life.The power of groups is limitless,which can greatly promote work effiency,and accordingly,creat one's enthusiasm for work.Thus,it is more important  to be able to work with a group of people on a team than to work independendently.

      To come up with,working in groups or teams ,can ,to a great extent ,pique individual's passion for work ,thereby promoting productivity efficiency.in a group or a team ,a spirit of competition will, naturally,develope ,which,fuels individuals' drive to perform excellently. For example ,our corporation allows us to choose satisfying co-workers to complete requiring workloads,according to which we are given dividend .In order not to  fall behind other teams ,we always make concentrated efforts to cope with all possible difficulties ,applying every team member'swisdom to upgrade our effiency . In annual reviwes ,every team makes great progresses and   our corporation profits also scale a higher level.

      In addition ,as the saying goes that "A rising tide lifts all boats",working with a gruop can help us overcome all available difficulties we inevitably come up against in work.when encountering certain problems hard to deal with independently,we could turn to other team players,and consult with them what we can do next.Normally,everyone has his or her own original opinion,which will shed lights on us and direct us to the right route to solve the questions.

      of course,working independently can,undoubtedly,create our capability of coping with things alone ,which ,in a sense,avoids negative affects detrimental to our working efficiency.

      However,from all aspects considered,the advantages of working with a grasp of people far outwegh those of working independently,whether it be to pique our great passion for work,or help us overcome all available hardships.
