1.     D(C这题不确定，C稍微有点牵强的感觉，只是说科技改善了轮胎比以前好，但没说要怎么好，而且也不知道是不是去年就用上了这些轮胎了，而且今年夏天雨要比以往多很多，那这个轮胎是否有用不清楚。D的话比较只管把，就是更少的人去酒驾了。。。所以我也不懂为啥C是答案)
