主旨：internal stress也有好处

P1 – 大背景。人们原本认为材料的internal stress是不好的，但是近期发现它也有好处

P2 – 现状。internal stress有好有坏，目前生产厂家会通过引入internal stress来达到特定的材料特性。而得到发展的是对于这类stress的直接测量技术

P3 – 技术。因为以下三个原因，这项测量技术才这么重要：

1） 非传统材料的兴起，大家对这些材料知之甚少

2） 大趋势是减少safety margin，这就需要大家更了解stress management

3） 工程系统开始关注微观比例层面，了解这种材料内部的internal stress就变得重要起来
