所以想问下，这个essay里描述的事情，是只能是outside of work，还是也可以描述工作中的事情呀？

我是70%的篇幅写了工作之外的事情来说明自己的spike factor，然后剩下一点篇幅写这个spike factor如何影响自己的工作、career goal以及未来的规划。已经收到录取，供参考～

我觉得主要是看那些例子比较能展示与学校价值契合的，不用纠结于是生活上的还是工作上的。我写了一个社会服务和一个工作上的，最后总结factor。已录。加油！
