The rule of thumb: don't skip something you don't understand. That's dangerous. Try to figure out why you read so slow. It could be: 1) can't capture the structure of the sentence; 2) your memory is low; 3) you can't follow the logic between sentences.
when i am reading, my brain runs slower than my eyesbow.but once i let my eyesbow slower,my brain will think something automatically which is out of the question i want to work out .
