112.[Main Idea] Introduce the history of P. Their Food, clothing, architectures, fights, status of men and women, government, and so on.

[Structure]
P1: P means: 1.The people who lived in stone or adobe communal houses; 2.The villages occupied by P.
   Prehistory AM culture extended southward into New Mexico.
   1st cent. Hunters and gatherers started to become agricutural people. But hunting and gathering is still important.
                  400 to 10th cent. Pottery manufacture, clothing, better houses occurred.

P2: 11th-15th cent.       Villages were variable in size and architechtural content, but most included circular.

P3: 16th cent. European people came in. P had to move away becuse of the food supply pressure.

P4: 17th cent. P fighted and lost many people. P in New Mexico was reconquered, but the western P remained independent.

P5: (18th cent.) P and Europeans exchanged their life style.

P6: (19th cent.) Differences between Western and Eastern modern P.
         Western P: women owned the houses and land.
         Eastern P: male owned the houses and land.

P7: 20th cent. Spanish tried to introduce elected pfficials, but P actrally remained native.
