what about E? I thought E makes sense?

the second part isn't really an anti-consideration (means to anti the first), but rather a special case which doesnot follow the first more general situation?

本来在A或E中彷徨，但是仔细读题后，有个this new drug，明白后面一句不是在讨论什么special situation或者special fact，而是针对同一对象的anti-consideration。
