Hey there,
Most top-ranked full-time MBA programs look for applicants with an average of 4 to 5 years of work experience, so AdComs are likely to be skeptical about whether someone with your tenure would be a good fit for a full-time MBA. The reality is that most of your peers would have significantly less work experience than you, which means you would likely derive less benefit from class discussions and group projects than they would. A part-time executive MBA (where you can continue to work while studying in the evenings or on weekends) will probably be a more appropriate personal and professional development experience for you, and your chances of admission will also be significantly higher.
