If you're able to enroll in an in-person MBA program, your experience will definitely be richer and more rewarding than an online program. There is really no substitute for building relationships in person, and networking is one of the most important assets of the MBA experience.
Regarding the TOEFL and GMAT/GRE, even if you received a waiver, we recommend that you consider taking these exams regardless. Since these exam waivers are still a relatively new policy for most MBA programs, it's unclear how much or how little weight AdComs are giving to applications that do include test scores versus those that don't. In general, we like to give AdComs more data rather than less data, so there is more upside than downside to sitting the exams and seeing how you score.
All of the schools on your list make sense given the profile information that you've provided (barring any information about the TOEFL, GMAT, or GRE if you decide to take those exams). As you likely know, Columbia and NYU have a stronger reputation than the other schools, but they will also be more competitive, so we think your list is pretty well balanced overall. If you're admitted to more than one of those programs, we would recommend making your final selection based on school ranking as well as how connected you feel to the people and the program based on your research.
