para 1: 提出观点 physicians should adjust their frequency of prescribing antibacterial therapy. and the idea is supported by two research. the first one is that the antibacterial therapy could only reduce the illness time frame by 1-2 days (limited effect). the second one is that antibacterial therapy could increase the possibility of resistance of bacteria.
para 2: 让步再强调 although the other two effects may also cause the resistance issue and new research to solve the resistance issue is on the way, it is still worth reducing the frequency of antibacterial therapy.
