我选的是B，答案选的是E，但是官方解释有点看不懂，想看看论坛里大佬有没有能解惑的，感谢！

商业想法里，改造肯定是为了盈利呀，那要考虑卡怎么才能盈利呢？成本不变的情况下，那就是买了50次但实际不用到50次呀。再进一步想，到底少用多少次才能和原来的价钱扯平呢？是不是45次，原本45次要450cents，现在50次，450cents呀。45是不是正好50的90%呢？
其实GMAT很多都是商业问题，联系实际考虑会更清楚，这题其实就是现在卖充值的会员卡么，你越不用他们越开心呀。
选B的问题其实很简单，你不能保证NO ONE will do.太绝对了。
