雖然MSBA項目目前僅是第二屆,但是我們在最新的QS排名中，MSBA專業排名是美國第7名

[項目開始時間]
項目開始時間改為七月，會有Stats and Programming Bootcamp，主要是建立一些統計跟程式基礎。 這個Bootcamp是Asynchronous online的，所以不用暑假就先到學校，可以在自己的國家上完這堂課。 當然，如果課程有任何疑問，會有synchronous virtualoffice hours來協助大家。

[項目時長]
這個應該是最多人關心的
正常來說項目是兩學期，也就是隔年5月畢業。
但是學生也可以在第一學期的12月申請延長成三學期，也就是在隔年的12月畢業。這樣就可以找暑期實習項目最新的官方回覆：“Our program is one year, but you can request an extension for an additional semester, if you are pursuing an internship or additional electives.  You can contact the Program Director for more details on the process.”

[第三學期安排]

Students who choose to extend by a semester would need to take at least one elective course during their final semester, and it would be expected that students would be on campus during that semester for their face-to-face classes.  However, this provides a great opportunity for you to network with your classmates, faculty, and guests from industry!

[課程進行方式]
目前課程計畫是in-person, 但也有可能因疫情狀況做調整

[選修課]
選修課除了商學院的課之外，也可以選其他系所的課。像是統計系、資料科學、電腦科學等等(UW-Madison CS排名非常前面)。 但是選這些非商學院的課需要另外填申請表跟系上報備

Randy你好~ 关于学期制这里有一个小问题：一周之前我邮件问AO时学校表示“In response to your question about extending the program an extra semester, you are correct that that is something we have allowed students to do in the past. However, that was mainly due to the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The program is designed to be two semesters in length, and while you of course can request to extend the program, that is up to the faculty and is not guaranteed. ”  但你有在帖子中提到“學生也可以在第一學期的12月申請延長成三學期，也就是在隔年的12月畢業。這樣就可以找暑期實習。”   所以我想确认一下，关于延长至三学期的申请是相对宽松的（即申请之后基本都会通过），还是需要case-by-case，仅仅针对有exceptional reason的学生才会审批通过呢？ 非常感谢！

同时也想请教一个小问题：若可以延长至三学期，第三学期（2022fall)是否允许学生线上上课&回国实习？感谢解答！

Randy，您好，请问项目支持CPT吗？在延期至次年12月份毕业的情况下，是否必须选修一定学分呢？还是说可以完整的利用延长的这一个学期时间，可以利用CPT，在美国做实习呢？

暑假是可以實習的，但第三學期必須修完至少一堂選修以達到畢業門檻

谢谢解答，我明白了项目对延长一个学期的安排，但如果第三学期的选修课，可以在线上进行的话，我相信项目对学生找工作就业会有很大帮助，毕竟麦迪逊周边工作机会少，大家想延长一个学期的最终目的肯定是为了拿着学生身份离开校园，去其他工作机会多的城市做CPT实习，或者OPT实习，如果因为必须在校园里修线下课被困在校园，延期一学期毕业就失去了最重要的意义，您能帮忙向负责人转达我对项目的这个建议吗？，再次感谢。

Randy你好，请问暑期如何边修至少一门选修课的同时还参加实习呢？
是否是要学习满一年时间，也就是22年7月之后才能开始找实习？
21fall也仍然还有延长政策嘛（因为在其他帖子看到明年无法延长还是5月毕业）
