NUS没有收到邮件传推荐信

提交申请之后，referee的邮箱里面没有受到NUS的邮件让提交推荐信的，这种情况应该怎么办啊

我问了一下回复是“As referees and reference letters are not required for the application to the programme, you do not need to submit any referee details. Even if you submit the details, your referees will not receive any correspondence from us.”

层主，这个是根本不需要推荐信的意思吗? 周日我还没找推荐人老师要邮件链接
