第一篇：trademark，但是跟寂静里的不一样，第一段说什么样的情况下trademark actionable，第二段说recently有了变化，不再注重customer的什么东西体验，感受还是什么的（有题），这个时候unauthorized 什么的trademark在什么情况下actionable，然后这个改变的支持者就说这种方式更efficient，reduce customer confusion，还有什么什么的好处（有题，问下列哪个不是这个的好处）

第二篇：
第一段：一个实验把toy放沙发后面，然后弄了个这个房间的模型，让小孩能看到在模型里玩具的位置，但是小孩找不到玩具
第二段：解释这个现象，说因为小孩不能把这两个东西联系起来，所以不知道玩具在哪什么的
第三段：又做了个实验，是个tent跟它的模型好像，这时候先让小孩看tent，然后告诉他有个魔法把tent变小啦，再拿出模型，这个时候小孩就能找到玩具了。
题：

第一段：fish是tadpole的predator，fish的出现会增加蝌蚪用一个habitat，还什么什么，还有一个什么cue还是什么
第二段：一个人的实验证明上面说的前两条是符合的，但是第三条没法证明（好像问到了）因为group size太小了，不准确什么的

最后一篇：jim crow law
第一段就是介绍了一下这个东西，原来informal后来变法律了，出现了三个人名，like A，B也不同意一个什么东西，这个东西是C提出的，有个题好像就有问到A和C的关系。
第二段说从多少年到多少年白人怎么样，黑人一直反抗，三个阶段展开讲了一下
这篇没怎么看懂，有个题问的作者对这个law的态度，每个选项都是两个词
