看了论坛里的一些解释，说是因为如果留下来的都是好的房子的话，样本不具有代表性，因为1930年前留下的都是carpentry好的旅馆，不能拿好的和之后的比。
但是如果选D的话也证明1930年之后的也是被筛选过的留下来的好的房子，我觉得都是在把好的进行比较啊？不存在拿好的样本和不好的样本比较的问题吧？求解答

writer认为1930年以前的hotel质量比1930年以后的l更好，是基于他见过的那些1930年以前的hotel。
所以攻击他就可以说他见过的那些1930年以前的hotel不典型，不具备代表性。
D说明了writer见过的那些是特别好的。所以就是说那些不是典型的1930年以前的hotel。
如果不是典型的，那么最后的结论也就得不出来了。
所以选D。
