In these two related materials, the reading passage presents/raises/puts forward/gives a problem and suggests/gives/proposes a solution. The listening passage points out a problem with the solution from the reading passage and then makes a modification/alteration/change/revision to it.

The reading passage indicates that ******** because *************. After a ***, the ***** comes up with/draw/arrive at a possible solution to the problem. The solution that they suggest is to change the **************.  

The speaker in the listening passage points out that there is one situation in which the plan will not work, though the majority of the plan will go into effect. The one issue/problem with the plan is that ***************. Thus, *************************************.
