Believe me. I have used the longman ibt book. It is of some use, but it is still quite different from the real test. Especially, the sample essay for the first writing task is misleading in this book.

For test preparation, I strongly recommend the old paper tests, especially the reading comprehension part. That will solve all the problems in vocabulary and comprehension.  For vocabulary, you can download a list from www.franklintoefl.com  Almost 80% of the words tested are within that 1200-word list.
