怎么也看不出来，这题为何选择D.我觉得D应该是无关选项。

原文的推理是，因为3/4的医院因S病都给N要药，所以认为该药最有效。

起削弱作用的选项应该是B.

B的言外之意是说，许多医院不是因为N药最有效才给患者用的。类似于他因排除。

不知大家怎么看？欢迎讨论。

i tried on the bbs on some US website bbs and find out most of them are also feeling puzzled by this question. but one answer put in this way : students who from developed country will easily choose D, while test-takers from developing country will easily choose C. even i feel kind of uncomfortable, but it may be true that this question relates with the background information. But, my boss, who is an american, also don't know why.

it is really bizzare!

i suggest we all remember the answer and give it up.
