【已拿到Offer顺便求录取群】Duke MQM R3 Interview with Aicha [2020-04-08]

4.21更新求一个录取群！！！！！！
几个小时前收到了来自Durham的电话，算是尘埃落定了。
楼主三维什么的在众申请者中不算出众，但是莫名其妙地收到了面试，感觉Duke比较看文书，看你是否符合他们的价值观。无论如何，申请季还算圆满结束！（虽然还有几个项目没出）

面试官是个很nice的小姐姐，总体30分钟，问了很多问题（关于Fuqua的是重点）。
官网上说4.21出R3结果，发个面经攒攒人品！

3.Plan B if not admitted to Fuqua
4.Constructive feedback and how did you respond?
5.Why Duke Fuqua and MQM?
6.Which track did you choose and why?
7.Why not work for a few years and get an MBA?
8.How do you understand "Team Fuqua"?
9.What can you contribute to Fuqua?
10.What extracurricular activities are you planning to do at Fuqua?
11.What's your understanding of leadership and tell me about a leader you admire.
12.Describe one time you make an influence on the other one’s decision or something.
13.Tell me a failure in your teamwork experience and how you handled it.
14.How do you deal with a shy team member?
15.What's your understanding of diversity and tell me about a leadership experience when your team members are diversified.

另外就是Duke MQM面试后好像还是会筛人。。无论如何看天意了
