such sth as to，我没找到及见到此种结构，如有，请告之。

即使有（sht1 do ）such sth2 as to用法，在这里也不行，因为to不定式的逻辑主语则有歧义，

至于D中they则优先指代前面主句主语，从语法和从逻辑上指代都对
