Hey there,
You definitely have a shot at M7 or top 15 based on your scores but there are a lot of other factors that determine the strength of your candidacy & whether or not you’ll be able to get into one of these top schools. It’s important to convey your unique value proposition and why they should admit you vs. all the other equally qualified applicants out there. Your work experience and the impact you’ve had there will be a critical factor in convincing the adcom that you have something unique to contribute to their school. It can be a bit tough to show quantifiable results when you’re in an audit role just given the nature of the job, but hopefully you have some good impact to show from your work as a consultant. It’s important to be able to demonstrate leadership experience as well, whether directly managing a team or indirectly leading a team or an effort at work or in an extracurricular. Speaking of extracurriculars, those are an important component of your candidacy as well. Ideally you want to have shown consistency in making an impact outside of work in some sort of volunteer role. Finally, your post-MBA goals are one of the most important parts of your candidacy. MBB is a common goal, so that won’t differentiate you in & of itself, but you can differentiate yourself by making a strong argument for why MBB is the best fit for you & the impact you plan to have there. As a new consultant straight out of b-school you won’t be able to choose the types of projects you’re staffed on, but if you plan to continue on & become a partner you will have a specialty & the adcom will want to know what you envision there.

MBA錄取估計不是太大問題, 估計就是要想想怎樣stand out from big 4 background.
但如果之後想美國找工作的, TN1要Canadian citizen, 只是PR是不夠的 - 身為國際生就得繼續努力找sponsor H1B的 + 祈禱能抽中吧.

Canadians (not PR) could apply for a US work visa if they have an occupation under
the new NAFTA list of occupations. One of those occupations is a management consultant. Now, the trick
with management consultants is that it’s a very tough category to qualify
for because it’s one of the few occupations under the NAFTA list that do
not require a university degree.

However, that doesn’t mean that if you go to the border and you present
your papers explaining that you’re a management consultant that you will
get approved. Quite to the contrary, it’s very difficult to get approved as
a management consultant. One of the reasons is that there’s a misconception
about what a management consultant is.
