If you have ten years of experience total you won’t be competitive for full-time US programs. Those programs are generally looking for students with 3-5 years of experience upon matriculation and when you have more than that it’s a significant challenge in your application. If there’s any chance you can continue at your job in the US (does it have a US location?) then you’d be a great fit for part time programs, where the average age is often more like 10 years, and you’d definitely be competitive for top programs like Haas, CBS, and Booth. If you definitely want to go to a full time program, you could consider European schools like LBS or INSEAD, where the average age tends to be higher and your years of experience will be less of an issue.
Good luck,
