看了一些解释，以下两个疑问：

1.难道和同行一样就一定是低的？不能全行业都高？

2.即使有个题干中EXCEPTIONAL，那也只能说明80%这个成功率是个比较难以达到的数字，那么怎么确定P就是少部分而自发捐赠就是大部分呢？
