我的问题是：A选项：因为原文中没说是不是饮料中是否只会产生Ca过敏，所以如果对Ca过敏的人还对其他物质过敏，那么同样会引起过敏现象---所以文中将不含其他过敏物质作为assumption，刚好限制弥补了这个漏洞。
C选项：选项中说Ca过敏的人一定会产生反应--将其作为前提，所以才能得出结论，ca过敏的人只能和不添加Ca的橙汁→隐约感觉不是必不可少的条件，所以不是Assumption,但是谁能解释一下，为什么C不行？

不知道题主是怎么理解C这个选项的意思的~我的一个理解C是说 那些对钙过敏的人在没有开始发生过敏反应的时候是不吸收任何钙的 我个人觉得 这个有点跟题目无关 就是 肯定是C选项这么说的意思都没在点上 没有吸收的时候不产生反应 吸收了就还是会有反应啊 生物学的时延因素吧

感觉楼主翻译的不对啊。
C的意思是=没有过敏反应的情况下，Calcium-allergic individuals不能摄入任何Calcium。
换句话说，在过敏的情况下，就可以摄入Calcium了，完全是无关啊。
这只是重复了题干中这句话的信息，没有除题干信息外的内容 Certain individuals are allergic to calcium。
找答案肯定要找有除题干告诉我们之外的信息啊，不然就是无帮助解题的。
