我是觉得B强调停车费已经很高了，可能存在远高于5刀的情况呀，所以那么高的停车费都愿意承担，为什么会不愿意多掏5刀...
至于D 其实我理解的思路和B蛮像的，很多人都宁愿堵车不愿意给钱，那很自然就W了呀。虽然这里有many这个词，但是我排除到最后还是觉得它更合理...
