Thank you! Given your profile and your school ideas, yes, I would say there isn't a huge difference in those scores for the program you are looking at. I would improve your TOEFL and complete a course, like you said, that is directly aligned with the degree. This way, you can adjust your school list, as you come from a competitive demographic. You run a risk if you only apply to top schools, so I would spread your risk out and diversify when you apply. If you do have time, taking the GMAT one more time, to get to 730/740 would be helpful.
