Job Responsibilities:

Fulltime Research Assistant position in CEIBS. The main responsibility is to workwith Professor Jane W. Lu of CEIBS on her research and teaching programs. Job responsibilitiesmainly include but not limited tothe following:

1.     Assist in research,including searching and downloading academic papers, conducting literaturereview, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordinating research projects, etc.

2.     Assist in teaching,including course development and design, material preparation (case writing), EMBAclass coordination and other logistic coordination.

3.     Assist to contact andcoordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives.

4.      General administrativetasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.

Job Requirements:

1.     University graduate withresearch experience (in strategy, international business, OB/ OT,entrepreneurship, economics, psychology, or sociology) and with a plan topursue a PhD degree in top management schools.

2.     Familiar with quantitativeresearch methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. Withexperiences in using quantitative analysis software such as Stata.

3.     Analyticalcapability and intellectual curiosity.

4.     Excellent English andChinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.

5.     Excellent interpersonal skills anddemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range ofindividuals and groups.

6.     Able tocommit for at least 2 years.

7.     Flexibleworking hours and willingness to work hard to meet deadlines.
