题目是问flaw in the logical coherence,亦即要找出surprising与since后面内容的逻辑不一致性。

只有B道出了这个东东，说明了这个surprising是不合逻辑的，因为this Hampshire Division 只是在和它以前的销售数据作比较，与它的销量是不是最小，销售区域是不是最小都没有直接的逻辑关系.
