还是因为这次面试，在网上搜经验，才知道的这个网站，然后第一次发帖，好紧张，哈哈哈～先说说时间线：
1.22 Reference提交，所有资料提供齐全
1.26 收到interview invitation
2.05 interview deadline （拖延症没救，在5号当天做的）
准备工作
拖延症，所以4号才开始准备，知道来不及，但是还是抱着侥幸心理看了很多的面经贴。（搜索 IC 面经 即可， 也可以加上专业或者专业简拼搜索。有几个帖子的word文档里有提供收集到的大部分大家之前遇到的面试题目，但没有按照科目归类）
很多写的很好的，都把面试题目分成了几大类，大家可以根据这个来准备，我开始的时候看见一个题目就准备一个回答，后来发现其实归好类以后就只用准备几个回答，把这些回答延伸一下，涉及广一点，就什么问题都可以用到了。
刷题技巧
后来看到可以刷题，抱着侥幸心理刷了一下，反正才准备了一天，怎么样都是要跪的，所以也算帮大家试了一下，刷题应该不会有影响的。在面试之前，我心里也没有底，害怕刷题会有什么影响，但正因为准备不充分，遇到一些完全没有准备的题目，只有硬着头皮去刷了。然后就一发不可收拾，刷的停不下来，因为想要刷到几道和自己准备好的题目完全一样的，所以刷了无数次。当然刷题有利有弊，还是要取决于个人。
其实原理很简单，当网络不太好的时候，题目就会自动被更新。所以刷题也是一样，关掉wifi或者3G，页面就会自动检测到网络不佳，然后跳转到一个提示网络不好的页面，这个时候再把网络打开，然后按绿色的按钮，页面就会被刷新，然后出现新的题目（有时会是一样的）。之前已经答过的，被提交的题目和答案不会受到影响，可以看作每个问题都是独立保存上传的。
如果还是没有把握，但又想刷题，可以用Kira Prep 或者 在正式assessment之前的practice 来练习、熟练一下操作。步骤和原理是和正式面试的时候一样的。
我的面试题目
这些题目是我面试时遇到的:
1. In your team, team members don’t get in well, what would you say to them to makethem work together to achieve the objective. 2. Describe a setback that you have met and how did you deal with it? 3. Charity, community projects have you joined and what youlearned from this? 4. You’ve just completed an internshipthat you feel wasn’t a success for you personally. In around 250 words, craft your‘thank you and farewell’ email to the manager you reported to for the internship. 5. What do you think are some of the key difference betweenbusiness-to-consumer (B2C) marketing and business-to-business (B2B) marketing?
一共5道题， 1-3和5， 这4道题是口答的，看完视频问题以后 （视频下方会有文字版的问题），会有30秒准备时间，然后1分钟答题时间。

面试题目4 （笔试） 5分钟写about 250字，题目一出就开始答题 （没有准备时间） 最好提前准备写好，然后复制粘贴，不然根本写不完
最常见的：
Careers event上遇到学长 想要了解相关information的 letter 收到理想公司offer，回信 senior executive的follow-up letter 结束internship的thank you and farewell letter 新入职的introduction letter
面试题目5 （关于专业知识）
What are the differences between marketing strategy andmarketing tactic?
Describe a marketing strategy adopted by a well-known brand
What,in your opinion, is the most important innovation in marketing in the last 20years? Why?
Give an example of a brand that used online campaigns to tryand change their brand image. Were they successful in doing so? Why or why not?
In your view, what is the single most important determinantof success for a brand, and why?
Tell me about a recently-developed marketing tool ortechnique that interests you.
Consider abrand that you like. What are the key marketing elements or campaigns that makethis brand stand out for you?
