想问下IMD对推荐人有什么要求哪？目前看到官网只写需要两封。有没有要求必须要一封来自现在的公司？

Dear Edison,

Pls choose professional contacts (with professional email address) who know you well, have worked with you directly and can talk with ease about your leadership style and potential, and who can answer IMD question form. They can be your supervisors or colleagues from your former companies or current one.  

My personal experience was that I chose one cross-function colleague I used to work with and one supervisor I reported to. And the referrer may have to spend some time completing the forms. So please make sure they are willing to do that for you.

有童鞋问一年制项目的课程到底多紧凑。
最近我们几个正处在学习比较紧张的时期，Finance,Accounting,Marketing,Strategy,Operations,Economics,Leadership,Start-ups等等轮番上阵，想认真的学习的话，一天基本是满满的。（当然，很多外国同学更重视生活，这个除外~）相比其他学校，IMD的这一年的确会更紧张一些。这个项目就是挑战和突破你的极限，得有心理准备哦~
