很多理論說影響團體成功是因為領導的影響而非個人成功的影響，所以分析領導特質對於他們監督的人的影響是無關的
結論：分析領導影響力應該只發生在團體level

E. 個人對領導的態度是否會影響團體成功（若會影響，則weaken結論說影響力只發生在團體level;若不影響,則support argument）

Hello, 我今天剛好也複習到了這一題。 想在這裡提供一些想法。

我想說題目大概的意思是 leader只影響了團體成功，而不影響個人成功。 （這一句話背後的assumption應為: leader是唯一影響成功的因素).

後面這題目又接著說明, 去分析管理者在個體態度上的影響是跟這些theories是無關的（對上面這個conclusion)。而是領導力的有效評估應該只有在“有一群人的情況下”發生。

E解釋了這個assumption. 如果 individuals的態度會影響group success. 那麼這些theories的論證基礎便不復存在。反之，要是不會，就是進一步鞏固這個論證的基礎。
