because: "Asthma is much less common ailment than hay fever", 也就是HF的数量会比A多，分母大，比例就小。

if AS persons are 100, HF persons are 200

96% AS (including HF suffering)=96 persons 96 /200 HF < 96%

我觉得这个题目不严谨。什么叫much less common？！比如得A的人100个，其中96个FEVER。另外，总共FEVER的人101个，结果是96/101。那么这个小于95%就不成立。所以，OVER 95%到什么程度，MUCH LESS COMMON 到什么程度都将决定结果的。
