OG的解释说，  C cannot be inferred since it is consistent with the stated information that an appropriately designed nuclear defense system might be able to distinguish nuclear from meteorite explosions.  

不明白statment里面那里说了可以区分nuclear & explosion了？ 当然， 同意答案是E， 只是对C的理解有疑问。

可是我问的是OG的C从那里得出appropriately的说法。。。。

ps 在发贴之前有搜过了OG-10的 可是返回说没有 难道说搜索的功能得用一定的encoding/decoding格式？
